Starting early on New Year's Eve, the celebrations with more than 20 performers, many in Carlisle's very historic downtown buildings, continue until midnight when the Mini-Indycar Drop is followed by an awesome Fireworks Display!
Featured artist is Payton Taylor who was recently recognized by NBC affiliate, WSM-TV Nashville, as one of the top 3 up-and-coming female acts in country music.
